Its a near impossible situation to have an enviable ambience in the lap of nature with minimum human intervention to further spruce it up, excellence in service that leaves nothing to speculation and the most relishing gourmet experience. And yet I did find one such place. Not once but its been multiple times now. The place had been luring me back every time. Make no mistake, am talking of Village Canopy in Kumbalangi in Kerala. It had been a worthy experience every time. Most intriguing, but at every occasion I was experiencing its charm in different ways. Don't miss the sun going down, so near, at the ridges of the backwaters. The narrow path winding its way to the location is the harbinger to the treat in waiting. Wow....! Awesome place to spend holidays...So calm & quiet... away from all the hustle & bustle... Superb location...with backwaters one side... Open space with lawns & plants all around...Fresh air...Amazing scenic view... At far...the horizon touching the sea...The murmuring of waves...The enchanting experience of embracing sea breeze in the evening is unforgettable...sheds are there to enjoy the evenings.. Rooms are clean, hygienic & well maintained... Excellent food with delicious sea food & other dishes... Warm & welcoming hospitality... Enjoyed fishing too...! A must stay resort located in Kumbalangi... Like to come back... ~ FRANCIS P
